What a great start to the year!
In the beginning of the month I had some precious older clients looking to step out of the city life and enjoy their new journey as retirees. There is no better place to relax and settle down than Woodbury Tennessee. After showing them around the city they quickly fell in love with the historic charm, slow pace, and tight nit community. This cute house features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a fully finished basement. Not to mention a huge barn with 3 rolling acres and a creek. Only 12 days on the market and I helped my clients get in under asking price with all of their closing concessions paid for by the seller. Less than 23 days later, the property closed and my clients were ready to enjoy their new home together. Thier sweet story has encouraged me to keep going this year to help as many families as possible reach their real estate goals.
