Burr... Happy February !
This month was especially sweet as I got to work with some of my best friends. This sweet couple has been a part of my life for many years and they decided it was time to take the next step and upgrade to a larger home. They were local natives to Murfreesboro Tennessee and decided that was definitely where they wanted to stay. One of their must haves was a large entertaining area and pool ! We found the perfect home for them in their price range and fought many other offers to get this property secured. After lots of negotiation, they finally closed and were able to move in Mid March. I am so happy for them and look forward to seeing their family grow in this great neighborhood.
