After taking a few months this summer to travel with my spouce, things quickly ramped back up in August !
How precious is this home !! We actually purchased this home as a personal investment, our intentions are to rent it out and use the proceeds to pay off the mortgage. We were able to get an offer accepted $20,000 under asking with all of our concessions paid for. We are so excited to get some renters in here and continue our journey in becoming landlords. This home is newly built, on a slab, and super easy to maintain making it a great investment property.
